Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Rezo products are designed for residential use only. Not applicable for commercial or public use.
2. Warranty is valid only with:
- A completed warranty card (stamped and signed by Rezo’s authorised dealers) registered within 14 days of purchase
- Original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
3. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
- Misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation
- Damage due to power fluctuations, lightning, or water ingress (unless product is designed for it)
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumables
4. Repairs, dismantling, or modifications by unauthorised personnel will void the warranty.
5. Transportation, dismantling, and reinstallation costs may not be covered under the warranty.
6. Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and is non-transferable.
7. Warranty will be considered null and void for the following reasons:
- If the product’s serial number is defaced, removed, or altered
- If the warranty card has been tampered with
- If repairs or modifications are done by unauthorised personnel
- If any part of the product has been removed, altered, tampered, adjusted, modified, dismantled, repaired, or handled improperly
8. Products should only be used in accordance with instructions and safety guidelines.
9. Appliances can be used by children aged 3 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities only under proper supervision and instruction.
After-Sales Terms & Conditions
1. Service Scope
Rezo Group Sdn. Bhd. provides services for products that are under valid warranty.
2. Out-of-Warranty Service
For products or parts that have exceeded the warranty period, or if warranty conditions are not met, a labour charge of RM50 will be applied.
3. Installation & Service Height
- Standard installation and servicing apply for heights up to 13 feet from the ground.
- For installations or servicing above 10 feet, Rezo reserves the right to charge an additional labour fee of RM50.
4. Product Exchange
Any product(s) for exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Fill in and register your warranty card within 14 days of purchase.
- Keep your official receipt as proof of purchase.
